| Even though I'm in 7th grade now, I still remember Jeff. I was one of Jeffs friends. I was on his fallball team in 2007. I remember one time before a game we were playing catch. I was also in his grade at oakdale. On the last day of school I let him sign my yearbook. When I went home that day, I was certain I'd see Jeff in 5th grade. Then, one day my dad told me he died. I didn't believe him, but when I saw his obituary in the paper the next morning, I knew it was true. That night I couldn't go to sleep. I still can't believe that happened.
