| Robin - I loved meeting you in Santa Fe and I know it was God's plan for us to meet. I am so blessed to get to know you and I am praying for many blessings as your family as you build Jeffies' Field. This is a beautiful website in memory and legacy to Jeffrey. Thank you for sharing your beautiful child with us all. I love you! Wendy Hazlett Wednesday, Sep 26th 2007 |

| To the Hayek family, I have helped your California Grandma for the past 8 years at Nordstrom in the Children's Department, here in Mission Viejo. On many occasions, she brought Jeffrey and the rest of your beautiful family to shop with us. I was so shocked and saddened by your tremendous, painful loss when I was told on her recent visit to the store. It's hard to even imagine your sense of loss, losing such a wonderful, positive, energetic, handsome young son, brother and friend. I send along wishes of strength and support to all of you, as you endure your struggle to recover from this tragic loss in your life. I will definitely make a donation to Jeffrey's field in Maryland...and it will be a wonderful tribute to his terrific spirit and contribution to this world. Most Sincerely, Wendy Bassell Nordstrom/Mission Viejo Kidswear Department Sunday, Sep 23rd 2007 |

Dear Robin,
My fond memories of Jeffrey are at Oakdale Elementary School when he was in 1st and 2nd grade. He was a little extra special in my eyes because we shared that uncommon redhead trait. His cheeks would get a hint of pink if we happened to mention it in front of him, so you would just drop him off and then come see me so we could chat. Always remembered as a polite young man who showed such great respect for his peers and adults, as exemplified in his close circle of friends and family.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and have kept your family in my prayers. I do hope Bailey and Evan, as well as you and your husband cherish the memories for a lifetime.
